About this policy
emonster, inc. operates Paper City Guide. This policy describes information handled by this travel portal, its guide redirects and its private support form. It does not describe unrelated emonster apps or services. You can browse, download and print without creating an account.
Your preferences
The site stores your language, appearance and analytics choice on this device. You can reset them in Privacy & preferences. Analytics choices expire after six months.
Downloads and links
Downloads work without tracking consent. QR codes and guide links use our redirect service to keep printed guides useful. No individual travel profile is created. External sites have their own privacy policies.
Optional Google Analytics
Only after you allow it, Google Analytics receives page views, categories, language changes, PDF downloads and web guide-link clicks. It uses a browser cookie identifier and processes connection information, including your IP address. We do not send names, emails, search text, URL query strings or location coordinates. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. Analytics cookies expire after 30 days. Google Analytics stores data according to the property’s retention settings. You can withdraw consent at any time through Privacy & preferences. Printed QR redirects are not individually tracked.
Infrastructure and contact
Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions provide this site and guide redirects and may generate standard infrastructure logs. No separate raw-event collector is enabled. For privacy questions, use the support link.
Cloudflare provides domain, security and delivery services and may process connection information. Its separately configured Web Analytics beacon is blocked on this portal; it is not part of our optional Google Analytics measurement.
Private support requests
When you submit the support form, your email, message, request type, language and any optional details go to emonster support through Featurebase so we can respond. They are not posted publicly or sent to Google Analytics. Our intake service stores keyed hashes and submission status to limit abuse and prevent duplicates; it does not store your message or email in Firestore. These intake records expire after three days, with deletion handled asynchronously by Firebase. Support conversations remain in Featurebase for handling your request; contact us through the form for privacy or deletion questions.
Retention, security and international processing
Local analytics choices expire after six months; analytics cookies expire after 30 days. Google’s property settings govern analytics data retention. Support-intake records expire after three days and are deleted asynchronously. Support conversations and ordinary provider logs follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements and the needs of handling requests.
We use access controls and encrypted transport to protect information, but cannot guarantee complete security. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable safeguards and your local rights still apply.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can refuse or withdraw analytics consent in Privacy & preferences. Language, appearance and analytics preferences can be reset on this device. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restrictions concerning your personal information.
Use the private support form for privacy requests or concerns about information submitted by a child. Provide only the details needed to identify your request; we may ask for reasonable verification before acting.
Changes to this policy
We will publish policy changes here with a revised Last updated date. The Terms of Service and License Agreement explain use of the portal and downloaded guides.
