Permission to download, print and use Paper City Guide’s personal travel guides.
Scope of this agreement
This product-specific agreement covers Paper City Guide’s downloadable PDF guides and associated guide content supplied by emonster, inc. It supplements the Terms of Service. By downloading or using a guide, you agree to these conditions; do not use it if you do not agree.
Permission to use your guide
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to download, keep, print and carry a guide for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial exploration. You may print the colour or monochrome edition and make additional copies for your own use. This permission does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
Restrictions
Keep emonster branding, source credits, guide ID, edition and version notices on your copies. Unless law permits it or emonster gives written permission, do not sell, publicly redistribute, sublicense, republish, translate or create derivative guide products. Do not present the guide as your own work or imply endorsement by emonster or a featured destination.
Ownership and independent editorial work
Guide text, layouts, illustrations and branding belong to emonster or the relevant rights holders. Destination names, maps, source materials and external services may have separate owners. Paper City Guide is an independent emonster Travel product and is not affiliated with Tokyo Tower.
Versions, QR links and availability
Published PDFs have fixed version identities. Old versions and their QR routes are preserved when a new edition is introduced. This does not guarantee that destination information or third-party links remain current or available. Updates are separate editions; consult the guide page and official destination sources before a visit.
Privacy and support
Downloading and printing do not require optional analytics consent. The Privacy Policy explains website measurement and private support processing. Use the support form for guide problems, permission requests or questions about this agreement.
Third-party notices
Separately licensed components keep their own permissions and notices; these guide restrictions do not override those licenses. The portal uses official Tabler Icons under the MIT License. Bundled fonts include Inter, Noto Sans JP, Cormorant and Noto Serif JP under the SIL Open Font License.
Warranty and liability
Guides are informational companions supplied as available. Travel conditions, access and information can change; emonster does not guarantee accuracy, fitness for a particular trip or uninterrupted external services. The disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply, subject to mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
Termination
Permission to use emonster-owned guide content ends if you materially violate this agreement. Stop the unauthorised use and remove copies covered by that terminated permission. Rights required by applicable law and separate third-party licenses remain unaffected.
Governing law and changes
This agreement follows Washington State law on the same basis as the Terms of Service, while preserving mandatory local protections. Revised agreements will be dated on this page; nothing here alters permissions granted under separate third-party licenses.
