Terms for using Paper City Guide’s travel portal, downloadable guides and support.
About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the Paper City Guide website, guide downloads, QR redirects and support provided by emonster, inc. By using these services, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the services.
Using your guide
You may download, print and carry the sample for your own use. Please retain its branding, source attribution and document identity. Do not sell or republish it as your own work.
Plan with current information
Travel information can change. Check the destination’s official website for current hours, admission, accessibility and operating conditions. Follow local rules and on-site instructions.
Guides are general travel information, not professional safety advice or a guarantee of access. Printed information may become outdated. You are responsible for your travel choices and for complying with local rules.
Independent editorial work
Paper City Guide is an emonster Travel product and is not affiliated with Tokyo Tower. This sample contains no advertising or affiliate links. Illustrations are interpretive artwork, not documentary photographs or navigation maps.
Acceptable use
Use the portal lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not interfere with security or availability, obtain unauthorised access, submit malicious content or spam, misuse support, or copy and commercially redistribute guide content without permission.
Support and feedback
The private support form handles guide corrections, printing issues, website problems and privacy requests. Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents. A support request does not guarantee a response time or a resolution.
We may use corrections, ideas and other feedback to improve Paper City Guide without compensation. This does not make your private support messages public; information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services and links
Maps, tickets, destination sites and service providers operate independently and have their own terms and policies. emonster does not control their content, availability, pricing or decisions. Paper City Guide does not sell destination tickets or make reservations.
Availability and disclaimers
The portal and guides are supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy or suitability for a particular trip. To the extent permitted by law, emonster excludes implied warranties concerning these services. Nothing here removes a right or warranty that applicable law requires.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, emonster is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of the portal or guides, including lost profits or data. Where a liability limit is permitted, the total limit is the greater of USD $100 or the amount paid to emonster for the relevant service in the preceding three months. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes and access
We may revise, suspend or discontinue services, or restrict access to address misuse. Revised terms will appear here with a new Last updated date. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law. Previously issued PDF and QR version identities remain preserved; linked destinations may change or become unavailable.
Governing law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Washington, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Mandatory protections under the law applicable to you remain in force. If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions continue to apply.
